Expect more uptodate news from this very page, in addiction to our BRAND NEW GALLERY - it has just gone live, so bear with us as we populate it with images. If you have any cool shots of your time on the server, send them in!

We are making the server ever easier to access, with our NEW DOWNLOADS PAGE, containing all the files you need to play in one handy download! Also included for download is our new Players Manual, now known as THE QUICKGUIDE - take a look at this vitally important document today!

In other news, we have been hard at work with our module upgrade project, which will see the module gradually change into Untold Tales of Tolkien III. Already several regions of the world have been upgraded with new areas, quests and other activities - check these out and follow the current focus of the upgrade - Dol Guldur, on the forums!

The Halls of Waiting starting area has been rebuilt as a much smaller area, greatly increasing your initial loading time! All the key info and services you need will be right in front of you when you login!

• Redesigned Himling Isle and side areas added! No longer locked to quests - simply seek Captain Tane in the Tharbad docks and pay your boarding fee! This initial release includes 6 new areas and 2 improved existing areas, some challenging and fun new enemies, two new secret crafting recipes and more! Futher extentions to the island adventure to come! EDIT: Just to clarify - himling is now open, DM no longer needed to get there
• Item Set Bonus (ISB) system added! Find a specific combination of items, equip them and receive additional bonuses!
• Whetstones added (Will add the Keen effect to your primary equipped weapon for 3 minutes), replacing the "Blade Honing Kit" variants. Currently available in the Himling expedition camp store and through the random loot system. Thanks to Silverleaf for this new feature.
• Expansion to Himling Isle added! Challenging new adventure for those who have made it all the way so far!
